Delivery only available for Bristol and surrounding areas. Please book your delivery day for 2 days or less before the party. The balloons are in its best condition for the first few days, then naturally will start deflating slowly. We highly recommend to keep them bagged in as received until you will display it, and in a cool, dry and dark place, not explosed to sunlight, rain, wind or extreme heat which could destort the shape of the latex balloons. Once the product is delivered, we cannot accept any liability for the product condition, due to the very nature of balloons they are very fragile and need to be careful when handling this product. Please check that your product has arrived safe and in good condition at delivery. If this is not the case, kindly notify the delivery driver who will report to us for any faulty items and we will be in contact with you as soon as we can regarding next steps.
