It requires 2 balloon bases as a safety frame to secure the arch in place, this is included in the price of this decor. If you would like to return the bases, we would be happy to exchange them for a £10 voucher, you can contact us on marballoons@gmail asking for an address (BS10 area) where you can return the bases.
